For your convience we offer depot shipping as a cost-effective way to get your product to you. This means your order is shipped to a local shipping depot for you to pick up at your earliest convienece. In order to pickup your order, when you arrive at the depot address given to you, a fork lift operator will greet you and help to load it in the back of your truck or trailer. All of our crates are designed to fit in the back of the standard pickup truck box or trailer, making for a seamless experience for you. By shipping to a depot, this allows us to offer fast and economic shipping, getting your Calore sauna in you hands, and to your yard.

What are the electrical requirements for a Calore sauna?
For all electrical heaters you will require a 120v outlet, and a 30amp breaker.
What is expected of me when I receive my Calore sauna?
ASSEMBLY
Don't worry, we've made it as easy as possible on you for assembly. All Calore saunas are created to make the build-out as simple as possible. All staves are pre-cut and require no additional cutting to make the pieces fit.
